Refund policy
All book purchases are made-to-order and are printed specifically for each customer once an order is placed. Because of the custom nature of these products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on books.
If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will gladly provide a replacement copy at no additional cost.
Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any digital products.
